Mondays are a chance to start fresh! Begin again. How many of us have waited until Monday to start a diet or make that change? I know I have.. at least 10 times!
Lets all make a commitment to do just 1 thing.
Is it drink more water?
Or get outside for 10 minutes?
Or maybe spend 5 minutes reading books with your kids...
Whatever conviction you have that you want to be better at... let's do it together!
